Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to waive any funding matching requirements for 1890 institutions for the Food Stamp Nutrition Education Program.

SEC. 413. FOOD STAMP NUTRITION EDUCATION REIMBURSEME= NT FOR 1890 INSTITUTUIONS.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Agriculture may reimburse a State participating in the Food Stamp Nutrition Education Program at the rate of one hundred percent for allowable expenditures for nutrition education provided by an 1890 Institution (as defined in section 2 of the Agricultu= ral Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.S.C. 7601(2)),= if the Secretary determines that the 1890 Institution would otherwise be una= ble to provide the Nutrition Education.
